The process starts with a free introductory call to ensure we have a good understanding of your desires and make sure we are a good fit. Once we determine we will work together, we will have individual sessions, either in-person or virtually.

Coaching is available in 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month packages. Sessions are typically 60 minutes long and held on a weekly basis. Customized packages available upon request.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. Life coaching is future oriented and focuses on helping individuals achieve personal and professional goals. Coaching is about figuring out where you are stuck and creating strategies to move your life forward. Therapy focuses on mental and emotional health and explores the past to see how it impacts an individual’s current state.
