This 10-month leadership development program is structured to enhance essential leadership competencies through a combination of core training and integration sessions.
Total Duration: 10 months
Session Frequency: One session per month
Session Duration: 2 hours per session
Core Training Sessions (6 sessions):
Topics: Self-Awareness, Intentional Action, Meaningful Connections, Powerful Communication, Leadership Foundations, and Empowering Teams
Objective: The Core Training sessions aim to cultivate essential leadership competencies by focusing on six pivotal areas. Each session is designed to provide leaders with the knowledge, strategies, and tools necessary to translate insights into actionable steps, enhancing their effectiveness and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Integration Sessions (4 sessions):
Objective: Integration sessions reinforce the learning from core training by allowing leaders to apply concepts to real-world scenarios. Through hands-on activities and role-playing, participants practice leadership skills and receive personalized feedback. These sessions promote collaboration, reinforce key takeaways, and build confidence in applying skills in daily leadership situations.
